What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, AfterPay, ApplePay and ShopPay.


What is included in my purchase

All cameras come with battery, charger, and memory card included. Some camera models use disposable AA or AAA alkaline batteries, in which case a charger will not be necessary and therefore not provided.
You can also purchase card readers to export your photos separately.


What If my camera isn’t working

All our cameras are tested 3 times before they are put up for sale. It is tested again prior to shipping out. In the extremely unlikely scenario that your camera is faulty when received, we will provide a 1 to 1 exchange or refund in store credits. Simply contact us for a return address and arrange for delivery back to us.

Dispatch Times

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. You will receive a DHL tracking number via email once your order has been posted. In the event of any delays in dispatch times we will notify you via email.
Average delivery times are between 2-3 days after pickup.


Customs Fees

Customs charges may apply on international purchases, the customer is responsible for paying these charges. If custom fees are unpaid and the order is returned to us the buyer will only be refunded 80% of the order value due to admin fees. Returns will not be accepted based off of unpaid customs fees.


Unclaimed or Returned Shipments

If an order is unclaimed by the customer and/or returned to us due to an incomplete address, we will reach out to the customer. If after 30 days the customer does not respond we will refund the customer in full. The customer must pay for a re-dispatch if an order is returned to us.


International Orders, Duties & Shipping

International orders may be subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order, which will be borne by the customer/receiver. The Digicam Depository is not liable for the postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees incurred once the parcel has been shipped. This could include but not limited to the recipient rejecting a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or if a recipient is uncontactable and our shipping partners are unable to deliver the parcel. During sale and festive seasons, there may be a delay in deliveries due to the high volume of orders.

Returns & Exchanges

All our cameras are put through a rigorous inspection process and tested 3 times before putting up for sale. However, as with all second hand items, there may be rare occasions where unforeseen complications that are out of our control may arise. We will be happy to accept any returns for functionally defective items.
A request for a refund or exchange must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
The camera purchased must be returned in its original condition with all components intact. Any items that appear to have been damaged or altered in any way will not be eligible for return. Ensure to handle cameras with care as we cannot accept any items that show evidence of accidental damage. Additionally, take note that we cannot be responsible for shipping damages, so please ensure the item is securely packaged during return. Cameras must be received by us before the refund or exchange can be issued.


How To Return Your Camera

For local online orders, returns can be made by either dropping the item off at our store at 43 Haji Lane or shipping it back. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For international orders, return shipping costs will also be borne by the buyer.


We Do Not Accept Returns for

1. Accidental Damage: Items that have been damaged due to mishandling or accidents are not eligible for return.
2. Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for products if you simply change your mind after purchase.
3. Pre-Disclosed Defects: Items that have defects or issues clearly stated in the product listing at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
