How to use: Universal Charger

Step 1: Align the pins of the charger with the positive and negative terminals of your battery by adjusting the slider.

Step 2: Slide the battery fully into the charger until it connects securely with the pins.

Step 3: Check that the panel lights up green, indicating the battery is properly connected to the charger.

Step 4: Flip down the two-pin adapter on the back of the charger for compatibility with a three-pin plug.

Step 5: Plug the charger into a power socket.

Step 6: Confirm that the battery indicator on the panel shows black bars moving across.
- If the bars are not moving, the battery is not charging.

Step 7: Monitor the panel. Once the battery is fully charged, the black bars will stop moving, and the top bar will display "100%".


How to use: Specific charger

Step 1: Align the positive and negative plates of the battery with the corresponding positive and negative pins on the charger.

Step 2: Slide the battery into the charger and ensure it is securely and comfortably seated.

Step 3: Connect the provided cable (micro USB or USB-C) to the charger.

Step 4: Plug the other end of the cable (USB-A) into a power plug.

Step 5: Check the light on the charger:

- Red Light: Battery is charging.
- Blue/Green Light: Battery is fully charged.

For iPhone (old IOS)

- Step 1: Align your SD card with the direction indicated by the icon on the card reader.

- Step 2: Insert your SD card into the card reader securely.

- Step 3: Connect the card reader to your phone.

- Accessing Photos via Photos App:
- 1. Open the ‘Photos’ app.
- 2. On the bottom right, an ‘Import’ button will pop up
- 3. Tap on the ‘Import’ icon
- 4. View the photos and import them into your photo gallery.
- Accessing Photos via Files App:
- 1. Open the ‘Files’ app.
- 2. Go to the ‘Browse’ section
- 3. Tap “< Browse” at the top left.
- 4. Locate your SD card under ‘Locations’, usually titled as “NO NAME” or “Untitled”.
- 5.Tap on the SD card.
- 6.Navigate to the ‘DCIM’ folder.
- 7.Open the folders to view photos.
- 8.Import photos into your photo gallery as needed.

For iPhone (new IOS)

- For android

-Accessing Photos via Files App:
1. Open the ‘Files’ app.
- 2. Navigate to ‘USB Storage’
- 3. Access ‘DCIM’ Folder
- 4. Import photos into your photo gallery as needed.
- 5.Click the three dots at the top right
- 6.Select ‘unmount’

If the flash option is greyed out or cannot be accessed:

Turn your camera into “program auto’ or “manual mode” and try accessing the flash option again.

If the flash option is on but flash does not fire:

Your camera’s flash may be faulty. If your camera is under warranty, do contact us ASAP!

If your camera has a pop-up flash:

Look for a button with a lightning symbol, this should raise the flash module and allow it to fire.

If your camera is using AA batteries, purchase ALKALINE batteries, we recommend either GP or Panasonic batteries.
Alternatively, you can opt to use rechargeable lithium batteries as well.

I can’t turn on my flash

If the flash option is greyed out or cannot be accessed:
