Sony HDR-SR12
Sony HDR-SR12
The Sony HDR-SR12 is a flagship high-definition Handycam from 2008 that established the gold standard for late-2000s digital video. Built around a cavernous 120GB internal hard drive, it allows for hours of uninterrupted 1920x1080 Full HD recording without worrying about running out of tape or small memory cards.
Optically, it comes fitted with a premium 12x optical zoom Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* lens, backed by a 10.2-megapixel ClearVid CMOS sensor and optical image stabilization. A generous 3.2-inch rotating touchscreen pairs with a pull-out color viewfinder, and Sony's iconic Super NightShot infrared system enables full-darkness recording. It’s an awesome choice for retro vloggers, skate filmers, and indie documentarians looking for that rich, high-end late-2000s handheld video texture.
All cameras are meticulously tested 3 times before being put up for sale. A 4th and final testing will be done prior to shipping out.
